The ongoing events and behaviors of those who murdered Eddie (and others)  on the Fort Totten Reservation, North Dakota.  How the ongoing criminal enterprise continues to flourish unabated and without a single response from the Justice Department.  Well, not surprising on that!  They would have to investigate themselves and how some of their elite were directly involved and have prospered from the corruption that exists, protected and funded by US Tax Dollars.

Even if you don't live on the Rez, it's your money, YOUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK.  You owe it to yourself to peek in once in awhile and see what you are paying for

Between Worlds

Well, I have a couple of days here where I am between Canning and Not Canning.  During the "Not" times, I will keep up with the blog.

As always seems to be the case, when I am absent from updating the blog, some very large events happen. 

By now, most of you already know about these events, but let's go over them just the same:

Fort Totten Days Powwow saw the Grand Entrance turn into a crisis as Bob Littleghost, nephew to Turdmother, was struck down at the age of 49 (guessing) by a massive heart attack.  Extraordinary efforts to revive him were carried out immediately but he never regained consciousness. 

Early reports said that he died, but now it appears that he is Brain Dead, and will exist between worlds until he is let go.  I can think of no greater or more exquisite torture to those who love him than to see him like this, between worlds.

I will again remind all of how it works when Evil deeds go un reconciled and un repented.  The Grandfathers, as we call The Creator's helpers, give time, plenty of time and opportunity for those who have committed crimes and offended their communities by those crimes, to own up and make right the wrongs they have done.

Often, those who have committed these offenses even gain great wealth or property and seem to be thriving.  Not exactly what is happening.  What is happening is that they are being given a chance to lose more and more.

Direct Example is that Turdmother and her brood of Turdlings murdered Eddie Peltier and engaged other family and friends to cover it up.  They seemed to get away with it.  Even going to the extreme of compounding their evil by framing the innocent, one whom remains in prison to this day, waiting for those who know the truth to speak up and turn the key to his freedom and to their own.

But they remain silent.  One by one, they will be struck in ways undeniably connected to the suffering they have brought to others.  All that they love, including the bright and innocent in their midst, will be taken from them and laid into suffering. 

The Grandfathers do this, take away that which we love, make suffer that which we love, until we have nothing left but the pain that we brought to others.  Until we are completely alone and afraid.  At that point, They either strike us down, or worse, leave us as we are, miserable, alone and empty, full of pain and regret, fear and loathing. 

Look at what is happening to those who were involved in Eddie's murder and their accomplices who covered it up and who maintain their silence to this day. 

They are beginning to lose what they had gained, and now everyone knows who they are and what they did. Everyone knows why these tragedies are happening to them.

Bad things happen to good people, yes.  But having a bad thing happen to you does not make you a good person.  It would if you 'fessed up, but if you don't, it is simple karmic retribution, as much for your own punitive scores as for a lesson to those around you to learn and avoid for themselves. 

Demus McDonald's wife was taken from him by cancer a few years ago.  Still he remains silent.  So does his niece, Mary Lohnes (nee, McDonald) whose lies continue to keep the innocent in prison, and whose silence continues to protect the murderers in her community. 

Tony McDonald's leg is gone and his lying wife had her heart attack her.  Russell McDonald and his lies and attempts to use the secrets of murder and corruption to his advantage has cost him money, so far, and now his sleep is troubled and without rest.

Now, at the Grand Entrance to the Fort Totten Powwow, where it could be seen by everyone, Bob Littleghost was struck down.  And worse, he is left to languish between worlds which means it will have to be his own family that withdraws life support and kills him.  Could there be a worse agony?  If there is, it will fall upon those who keep their silence.

The rest, who by apathy, jealousy, cowardice, avarice, continue to support those they know are corrupt, your suffering will be aligned with the suffering of the community in which you live. 

Until the Good People of Spirit Lake Nation find a way to come together, to overthrow the corrupt and reveal the Truth; until the innocent are freed and the guilty are sent to Justice, the suffering will continue from the worst to the least.

That many of you continue to close your eyes and shut your ears and pretend this is not so, only means that the message will come louder, harder and closer to home each time until you cannot deny that which is yours to do.

"Someone is coming," the message said.  That 'Someone' is the spirit in you that is waking up and needs to stand up. 

No Centerpede?

It appears that not only did the Turdclan avoid Joe Teel III's funeral for the most part, but they also did not show up at the Powwow.  If they did, it was not in the uni-cluster that they did last year, wherein they all moved as one ugly mass of many legs, like a mutant animal cornered in the center of an arena.  It was comical last year because they had Turdmother in the center of this multi-legged mutant mass.  I was looking for reports this year about the 'centerpede' and none, so far came in.  I hear that Pisster showed up, briefly, pissed herself and left.  I guess that would be a 'center-peed'?

Either way, the big story was the Grand Entrance and Bob Littleghost stepping, all dressed in his finest regalia, into the between worlds.

Moving On

Despite the crash and burn of Littleghost, the Grand Entrance went on and so did the rest of the powwow and it looked like everyone really enjoyed themselves.  Dancers came from far and wide, good food was served, and the drumming was excellent!  The kids enjoyed themselves, and the Elders did their dances...

Kind of gives you all a glimpse of the Spirit of the People and how it could be, all the time, once the Spirit rises.  Until then, it is just trotted out for show, and then neatly hidden away, like the regalia, waiting for the signal to Stand up and Dance again. 

If you liked how the Powwow felt and sounded and tasted, and how the people danced and enjoyed themselves, do what you can and must to make it so that that same uplifting spirit of unity and strength carries into the rest of the days and nights. 

Give the children a chance to flourish in that kind of energy. 

Stand up.

Hit And Run

Getting harder to get away with killing and maiming people these days, for the Turdclan and their cronies, at least. Riley Smith, the teenage son of Pisster's niece (Robin Herman), was drunk as is the way of so many who cannot find boundaries and decency in their lives, driving recklessly and he hit and severely injured, perhaps even killed (waiting for reports from the hospital) a 64-year old man, who is a gentle soul, whom people say is 'slow, but good natured'. 

Riley hit him and left him to die on the side of the road as he drove away to save his own hide.  Being a member of the Turdclan, killing and running and hiding is what you are taught to do, and up until now, they have always gotten away with it. 

But Riley, by some miracle, was caught and is in jail at this time.  Badgers, probably in between hunting down phantom staplers, (old blog inside joke), actually made an arrest of someone related to the Turd Clan?

First Kalum was busted a few months ago, but was treated like a Godfather while he was incarcerated, with some of the badgers running his dope runs and errands for him, his girlfriend being brought in to "conjuggle" with him, his own phone and special food ordered...

But now, Riley Smith?  Is there a weakening in the wall of weaklings?

Are people actually standing up and saying what they saw?  Are badgers being forced to do their jobs?  Did Hell Freeze Over?  I hardly know what to think!

Plagiarism

I hear that many of you were unimpressed with the "Hey, Meet Frank Black Cloud" article in the paper because you found where he lifted what he wrote directly from other sources without attribution and isn't that "plagiarism"?.  Yes, it is.  But take it up with Mr. Black Cloud, I am sure he has a reasonable explanation for it. 

With so many phony bologna degrees out there being claimed by people in jobs that they really are not qualified for, I can understand your suspicions.  And yes, the 12 of you who sent me the article and the sources you feel he lifted, I got them.  I am amazed that so many people are looking at this sort of thing and that makes me feel hopeful that you are willing to search and find for yourselves, the questions and answers you need to be asking.

I have NOT had time to read the entire article on Black Cloud, but the pieces sent to me do appear to be plagiarized. If it is true (I say "IF") it would be a very big disappointment in that he presents himself as a man of ethics and moral values. 

However, until I can read the entire thing, I won't know for sure.  Meanwhile, those of you who work with, and around him, can ask him about it directly.  The other possibility on this is that the paper itself, maybe, edited out the necessary quotes and attributions that would have legitimized the use of those paragraphs.

I thank you all for your patience in waiting for this posting to come out.  As you know, it is gathering, drying and canning season so there will be days between now and October where I am too busy or too far away to get to the blog daily, as I would like to do.  I do appreciate that you continue to send me information and emails so that I can put it together when I do get back to it.

Update on Hit and Run Victim

Vincent Walker, age 64, who was struck by alleged hit and run driver, Riley Smith, was given Last Rites at his hospital bed this afternoon.

Also worth noting: When the police found Mr. Smith after the hit and run, he was at the Marina washing the blood off of his vehicle. 

Gee, sound familiar?

What Goes Around..

Ah!  So I hear that Turdmother WAS at the Grand Entrance when her nephew was struck down!  That she was crying over him and had to be carried away from him.

Also that she is angry that there is not better medical services available on the rez, as she speaks and speaks and speaks at different meetings and events.

Well, how about that?  Let's see: All that money that her Turdlings have ripped off from the casino could have funded, among other things, a first class medical facility.  THAT might have made a difference to her nephew, would it not?  Whom would she blame for the lack of services in Spirit Lake?

Her family has been running it for over 20 years!  Robbing it blind!  Encouraging the unqualified to stick around and take positions for which they are not qualified, all the while, those who are qualified are unable to get a job in their field  and eventually, leave.

Gee, I wonder why there are not any better medical services available?  Big mystery eh?

How about that $3 Million loan that Myra gave to herself.  That was from tribal funds, and she never has to pay it back.  I wonder what kind of medical services could be available if that $$$$ had gone into the community instead of into Myra's pocket?

The efforts made to revive Bob Littleghost were heroic, especially considering what is NOT available for medical emergencies and services on the rez! I hope she has at least found the decency to thank those who, from what I am told, were extraordinary in their efforts on his behalf!

I suppose it only becomes a 'problem' when it is someone that Turdmother loves and adores that suffers.  Only a problem when it is her family that suffers.  The rest of the time, the rest of you can go and scratch for medical services, travel money, heating in the winter, decent food.

Cry Me A River

Turdmother and her Turdlings have made quite a show of how they like to roll in the money they steal from you and that there is nothing you can do about it.

Now, poor dear Turdmother, angry that there is not something better in place when SHE wants it?

Do you really think she would even be bothered if it was YOUR son or daughter that was struck down and needed these services?  Has she ever spoken on behalf of anyone but herself? You know what she is, now ask yourself if you should give her the second thoughts and support that you know she would never give to you or anyone you know.

My Dear Sweet Turdymomma!  What made you think that what you and your family put into play all those many years ago would never come back and bite you on your bumpy butt?

I think anyone can connect the dots on this one.  Anyone, that is, except Turdmother, who seems to think that taking all the money and all the power, getting away with murder after murder, would put her in a position of sympathy with the community she and her demon spawn chillins have raided and robbed, raped and pillaged all these years.

The lack of better medical services is her doing, and the doings of her chillins and their cronies.  I guess she is really mad at herself!

I think I know what she is talking about.  I think she feels that these kinds of services should be there only for her and her family.  She never cries about it when it is YOUR family, now does she?

Meanwhile, I am sure that the money is continuing to disappear from the casino, the Tribal Funds, and her chillins is getting richer and more fat by the minute.  I wonder who it is she is angry at? 

This was, by all accounts readable, her own doing and theirs.  To whom does she address this anger?

Maybe she should have the honor of pulling the plug on her nephew's vegetating body.  Gee, I hope that where he is they have enough power and heat.  I would hate to see him have to go cold before he goes cold. That would really make her mad!

Let an Elder freeze in the middle of winter because you stole the money; let the kids go without their IA funds because they too have been ripped off by Turdymomma and her cronies; but whatever you do, make sure that if anyone in HER family needs something, that it is RIGHT there for them.  After all, they NEED it.  (And You don't?)

And the next time you get up and start yakking your foul little mouth off about you know where you come from, think about this:  Everyone knows who you are, what you have done and WHERE you come from.  Further, everyone KNOWS where you are going.

You think people out there respect you?  No.  They never did.  They used to fear you.  Now they pity you, like some lawn slug caught in the light of day, squirming to get back under your rock.

Best you can hope for.  I don't think it will get much better.

Dedication

The NEW courthouse is built and will be dedicated Saturday, August 4th at 11 AM and free food will be served to all who show up.  NLO will be giving the dedication speech, (try to picture her with her clothes ON) but that is not what matters. 

What is important about this is that the VETS from WWII will finally be receiving their medals and honors.  Dorgan the Organ will be presiding over that part.  Our government likes to wait a very long time when it comes to acknowledging Blacks, and even longer when it comes to acknowledging Indians for their heroic services in the times of WAR. 

Show up and stand up to honor the vets and their valor.  It's a long time coming, so make it worth their while.

After that, you all do your best to NOT have to go into that courthouse, except on business!

Drama Queen Scripts

It just gets better and better with Turdmother, doesn't it?  Reports are coming in regarding how one of her sons raped Bobby's daughter (still getting more details on that and will let you know) awhile back and she smirked and told him to go fly a kite.

Apparently, she really doesn't give a whit about Bobby other than it was just another opportunity to put on a big show, starring TURDMOTHER!

Apparently, there were mistakes, big ones made at the time Bobby needed help the most.  Big mistakes that probably would not have happened had there been A:) Better Training, B:) Better Equipment, and C:) An administrator that actually was qualified to run that department. 

Just the same, those who made the efforts to revive and save the life of Bobby Littleghost deserve thanks and praise.  With what little they had to work with, their efforts were outstanding. 

And she continues on her 'tour de farce' of being the Drama Queen, to wail and complain, whine and spit venom because someone in her family didn't have everything they needed when they needed it and someone has to pay-- that would be you all, in case you miss the drift.

Generosity to The Absurd

The Good People of Spirit Lake Nation have been generous, albeit unwillingly generous, with all the millions of dollars that have come into the tribe from the Government (Thank You Dorgan the Organ!) and from the Casino. 

All these millions have gone into the pockets of the Turdclan and their cronies.  They have used this money to wallow in riches, make themselves 'important' and rub your noses in the poverty they foster by stealing from you.

Turdmother's turdlings have raped, robbed and murdered at will, with no one to stop them or charge them or speak out against them.  She has never had to even apologize for their behaviors nor will she as she continues to be the Empress of Ft. Totten, and her chillins do whatever they will and y'all let them.

Most people, in the heat of grief and sorrow would ask: "What have I done to deserve this!!!" but not so with Turdmother.  For she knows the answer would come in a 12 page list of crimes and offenses against the people, the community, and against God.

You have all of you, known someone or been related to someone they have robbed, raped and murdered over the years.  They have not left one of you untouched by their evil and their greed, and yet, in your generosity, you fail to come together as a community to put an end to it.

She accurately reads this, as do the Turdlings she hatched, that you approve of this evil and even that you want more.

Failing to stand up is a sign that you like being a doormat.  Clear as day.

I have never seen people as generous as y'all in these respects!

And now, some of you, the more sycophantic among you, hurry to heap sympathy and comfort upon that Royal inbred cluster, and jump to her every demand.

Ask yourself these simple questions: 

What has she or her family ever done for me or my family?

What have they done TO me or my family?

Have they ever, any single one of them, apologized for the evil they have done?

Do I really owe them my sympathy? My comfort?

How generous are you?

Clear Signs and Messages

I will say that from here, it would appear that the Grandfathers have sent a very clear message:

The Turdclan and all their family and supporters will be struck down.  If you get in the way, keep their company, you also will find it hits you the same as it hits them.

They were shown in the most public of ways that they will be struck.  Ignore that message at your own peril.

Time for all you generous and Good People to find a backbone and either stand up to them or get out of the way of those who will stand up to them. 

You all know and have known for years, that it was her sons that murdered Alfred Littlewind, Eddie Peltier, Sam Jackson, and many others before and since.  YOU KNOW IT.

You all have done nothing but feud among yourselves and enabled their reign of evil to envelop the entire community.  They rain futility down upon your houses and your children step into the world you allowed to be filled with fear and apathy, neglect and abuse, and they give up and leave us at younger and younger ages, until there is no future left.

They eagerly feed on the drugs that hammer their brains, their spirits into puddles of rage and insanity, and they are estranged from you before you even get to know them as Human Beings.  Children run like stray dogs in the streets and over the hills until the early hours of dawn, without anyone doing anything to stop it.

This is the result of you all allowing by your feuding and your denial, the evil that runs you to run you over like road kill and leave you flattened and without hope.

You can stop it. You can come together and you can stop it.  But are you willing?

Are you willing to turn your back on the Drama Queen and her spawn?  Are you willing to stand together and put aside your petty feuds just long enough to vote out those who have robbed you and mistreated you and ignored your pleas for help?

If not, then continue to scurry around her skirts and bring to her the milk of your kindness, sympathy and generosity.  But know this one thing:  It will never be enough.

And learn this one thing from all that you have seen recently:  There is a need, many needs in fact, that go unfilled because the funds have been stolen from you, the qualified have been run off and the unqualified and inept continue to hold positions of administrators, and suck those fat salaries into their own pockets, all the while, the needs accumulate.

This time it was Bobby Littleghost.  Next time, perhaps, it will be one of yours.

The lessons will continue to come, harder, louder, more painful, until they are heeded and learned.

Ignore it at your own peril.

Pay Closer Attention

I received a couple of flaming letters from people who had misconstrued, who knows how, that I was bashing the Emergency Personnel who so valiantly tried to revive and save Bob Littleghost.

Not once did I bash them.  In fact, I called their efforts, especially under the circumstances, "heroic".

There was no ambulance on site.  There should have been.  The ambulance crew does not assign itself, rather it has to be assigned and apparently, the incompetent who run both the medical services and the emergency services for the tribe, are clueless.  They are unqualified and they are clueless.  Because of that, Bobby Littleghost is dead.

Further, they don't really give a flip.  They are not educated and they are not qualified and what could have turned out as a minor incident turned into a tragedy.  They are friends of the mighty and they have their jobs solely based on cronyism. Because of that, Bobby Littleghost is dead.

The ambulance crew, by the way I have been told since 97 that they are paid less than peanuts, has to pay for their own training.  Money is given to the tribe for this training, but the TC and its Star Tribal Council Robber Barons, take that money and fly first class to Las Vegas, Atlantic City , buy businesses in their names, give themselves millions in your money... I could go on, but that is what the documents page is for.  Read 'em and weep!

Meanwhile, the ambulance is often in the shop for repairs.  Newer equipment is not provided.  Bad enough all of that.  But let's walk through the events that led to Bob Littleghost's demise last week and see if you think there is room for change:

Bob Littleghost collapses at the Grand Entrance.  The ambulance is nowhere around because no one had the foresight to station any emergency medical service at the event!  (Stupid x 1)

The dispatchers have to get the call and dispatch the ambulance.  Some say that took 4 minutes, others say 10.  Either way, too long and not the fault of the emergency services crew.  Obviously NOT their fault! (Stupid x 2) (We are compounding stupidity so wait for the final total).

No one on site was trained in CPR.  Stunningly stupid by all accounts to not have one person trained in CPR?  Every PowWow I have been to, big and small, has at least one ambulance on site, one or more First Aid tents, a defibrillator, and everyone on hand is trained in CPR.  But for Ft. Totten days, No ambulance, No CPR training and no defibber on site (Stupid x 3)

Now, it gets comical in the most tragic way.  Security personnel are not trained.  They were clueless.  There is Turdmother throwing herself on top of his body, had to pull her off, people all around him, in the way and Security never cleared a path for the EMS crew to get to him once they arrived on scene!  They had to plow through the crowd and clear people off of him themselves!

Stupid x 4.

It all adds up to Bob is Dead.

Meanwhile, Peggy Cavenaugh and Little Joe Alberts continue to draw pay for jobs they clearly cannot do.

The heroic (and I have said this many times now) efforts on behalf of Littleghost by the EMS personnel, despite the incompetence of those who do not know how to run the department, despite the fact that they are paid almost nothing, and despite that from that nothing they must pay for their own training, would have all turned out most likely as a minor incidence had there been anyone in charge that had any clue about how to run an event of this size.

Those of you who continue to defend the unqualified who made this tragedy possible, (and I am talking about those who hold the top positions) need to be removed and replaced by qualified, educated and certified individuals. 

Toxic politics which leads to all this nepotism and all this cronyism is clearly fatal. 

If you don't hold those who are in these positions responsible for what happened here, then expect that when it happens again, and it absolutely will happen again, it might be your family that holds a funeral instead of a feast.

The TC spends your money like water on themselves.  They are drowning in it.  You have been robbed and robbed and robbed again.  Hold the TC accountable for how it spends your money!

Medical services require money! The ambulance, fortunately that day, was NOT in the shop.  It ran!  But it was not posted where it should have been.  The crew has nothing to do with that, the people in charge have say so over that and they chose to have it someplace else. 

If you only have one ambulance, make it new and the best.  You should have two for as much area as you have to cover and considering that if a call comes in while the one is in the shop, you are screwed, blued and tattooed if you need EMS!

Pay the people that are your first responders and PAY for their training.  It is obscene and insulting to pay them rock bottom wages and expect them to pay for their own training.  If you life doesn't mean anything more to you than that, then you get what you get when it can get to you.

I can't begin to tell you how many horror stories I have heard about the clueless 'security' personnel at the event.  They stood around, did not clear a path, chaos was the order of the day (pun intended). 

I can be really hard on them too, but it boils down to the TC and the Emergency Services Administrator being unwilling or unwise about the need to actually train people to do their jobs.

Chances are, that they  volunteered and did the best they could with no training and no incentive or directions.

There, I hope that clears it up for any of you that think that somehow Bobby Littleghost died because EMS personnel did not do their job.  Read and Re-read until you get it:  They were heroic in what they did.

Now, how about make it a little easier for them to save lives next time?

Pay them decent wages (their work far more important than the sloth on TC), and pay for their training. 

Hold classes in CPR so that everyone that wants the training can get it.  People can save the lives of their loved ones at home or elsewhere should the need arise, and they have to wait for the ambulance to come (and pray it is not in the shop!).  Have trained personnel at these events.

I can't believe I have to sit here and spell out the basics like that. 

All things are possible if you hold the TC and the Turdclan to account for their dirty work.  Make the casino pay like it should. Hold Poopsie and the gang responsible for the money and do not let it go flying out the door into their pockets.  Replace him and the rest of them if they are unwilling to do the job for the people.  They act like that casino is their private piggy bank!

Ask yourself if Poopsie needs to buy new cars for his family every few months on your money, buy their gas on your money, make the repairs when they get drunk and wreck them, on your money... and you also pay their insurance as well as his.. Or would you rather that money went to Life Saving equipment like ambulances, firetrucks, clinics with proper equipment?

Ask yourself if Naked Lawn Ornament should pay back the money she stole from you to run that Ronin scam?  It's close to $12 Million from your funds now that she and CWE and their cronies have taken as their own.  You see how they like to spend it on themselves?  Any idea how they live it up on those trips you pay for?

Or, would that money be better spent on the IA accounts it was stolen from?  The funds for Elders and for heating oil? For Education and for housing?  Or shall we all just watch her and the rest of them steal and steal? 

Bobby Littleghost this time, your son, daughter, father, mother next time.  You have been shown that it can and does happen.  The money never goes to where it should go and this is the result and it will continue to get worse.

Your cops are not trained, your courts are a joke, and what did you expect would come to pass with you allowing the murderers, rapists and drunks to run your government?  What kind of event do you need in your life, to happen to you, your family before you decide it is enough?  You have seen it happen to others, does it also have to darken your door?

When it is too late, will you then wish you had done something sooner?  How much regret will it take before you decide to put aside the pettiness of your feuding, and come together to save yourselves?

Insist on a standard of qualifications for the jobs that are in control of vital services for your community.  Those qualifications cannot be 'friend of the Turdclan', for that is what has brought you to the brink at this time. 

Qualified people are run off because they would KNOW that the money has been misappropriated.  They would know and could cause 'trouble' for the crony club.  It could bring an end to the missing money, endless partying, and bring some real responsibility and accountability to your community government.  Gee, how tragic would that be?

By only allowing the cronies in, and keeping the qualified out, running them off; and by raiding the funds for critical services, underpaying those with the most vital jobs, what do you think is going to happen next?  Seems obvious to me.

Hold the TC Accountable.  Make NLO and the rest of them pay back the money they stole, er, 'borrowed' from you.  Take those millions and at least start taking care of what will save your life.

Or, blame the EMS, get mad at me, and pretend it was all just meant to be!

Photo Opportunistic

Shall we attempt here to give credit where credit is due?  First, let us review:

The Vets Awards this past Saturday was supposed to be all about the vets and their finally getting recognition for their wartime valor.

Someone worked very hard to make it all happen, to make it classy and to make it worthy of those men who were to receive, at long last, their medals.

That 'Someone' was Mary Cavenaugh. 

When Mary heard about the medals being given to the three veterans she called Dorgan and asked if he could come to present them to the men. Since she got the grant to fix the courthouse she felt it would all tie in with the grand opening. She went to Myra who thought it was a good idea but said the etc had no funds to send for the medals, or put a honorary frame together. Mary went to Carl at SMC and they gave the funds she needed. She organized the whole event. Of which there was no mention, so it looked like the etc did all of it. Typical.

However, despite Mary doing all the work, and Myra, who has stolen millions from the tribe, could have easily from her petty cash, paid for the framing and then some, showing just how selfish and greedy she is and how if it is not something going to her or her family, she won't let go of a dime of the money she has stolen, despite all this, Mary Cavenaugh got the job done and it was perfect!

Of course, Dorgan the Organ just a photo op prop at these things, apparently doesn't even ask who did the work, and is happy to stand and grin with Lois Leban, who did take all the credit, looking as one reader put it, "Like an overstuffed gopher." (good one!). 

Proving once again, that those in power only want to recognize those in power and really don't give a flip about those whom they are ostensibly 'serving'.  I would think that either Dorgan or his aide, someone being paid big bucks and wearing silk shirts, could have bothered to ask and give credit to the one person that did all the work.  But you can see, plain as day, neither he nor his big important office, cares. 

This to him was just another chance to have a photo op with the Indians and for all the rest of the world to continue thinking he cares about what happens to Indian People.  He does not.  He cares only that those who are in power stay in power.

But it was nice for the vets to finally, thanks to Mary Cavenaugh, get some recognition.

Faking It

It gets curiouser and curiouser, as our friend Alice would say.  After awhile, living down the Rabbit Hole for so long, the absurd goes without question.  In fact, auto-erase seems to delete it as the absurdity it is, almost from the moment it happens.  My job here is to remind all of us of recent history and how some peoples' behaviors are just plain bizarre. 

In the case of Turdmother and her drama antics, it shows how low she will go to draw attention to herself.  Even to throw herself on the dying man, calling out his name like a B-Movie queen, when in fact, she has resented him for a very long time. 

It's not about blood, it's not about family, it's all about her taking center stage at every opportunity.

True, Bobby Littleghost was her nephew.  True, his family was witness to Eddie's body being brought in and washed up (and they helped), but that was just Turdmother and her poops using family to cover their own piles of crap.

After all was said and done, and Eddie's murder was still the 'unsolved mystery' waiting for the machinations of the Turdclan, Hellekson and Crooks and Fisher to twist it into a a frame up of the innocent; waaaay back then, Poopsie was not sure that family would keep their mouths shut so he made the rounds, driving past their house, waving his revolver, firing shots into the air, telling them to keep their mouths shut.

And they did.  They stayed silent all this time. And to this day, except for a few cracks in the family crockery, the events of the night of August 28, 1983, have been held in, like bad gas, discomforting all who keep it.

Not even when QBall raped his own cousin, Bobby Littleghost's daughter, a mere young thing at the time, did that family dare speak a word about who carried in Eddie's bloody body to be washed and dressed in QBall's clothes.  Bobby Littleghost got a gun and was going to kill QBall. 

He could have told the truth about what he knew about that family, and what had really happened to Eddie that night and who really did it.  But he kept quiet.  He was going to hunt QBall down and do to him what needed to be done, with a gun.

And that is why the Turdclan decided it was best to allow QBall to be arrested and tried for that brutal rape.  At least in prison, he would live.  The sentence would be minimal, and it was, and he would be given all the money and drugs he wanted when he got out, and he was.

The Littleghosts being cousins to the Turdclan, "What happens in family stays in family," keeps silent to this day about what they saw that night.

No love lost between Bobby, whose daughter became pregnant from that rape, twins in fact.  One died at birth, the other lived only a short time longer.  (Any idea of how many children QBall has because he raped young women? You might be surprised!)

Because Bobby was going to kill QBall, Turdmother disliked him.  Because he was a good dancer, she took pride in being his 'elder and auntie'.  So, when he was struck down at the Grand Entrance, her flinging her sweaty hog body over him like that was just her last and best chance to make herself the center of attention. 

Her speaking up about needing 'better medical services' because of this, is just her way of drawing attention to herself, virtually standing on the dead body of Bobby Littleghost as her soap box.

She could not care less about whether there are good services available!  IF she wants them for her or her family, then of course, by all means!  However, she knows that her family has robbed the tribe blind and has taken the monies intended, loaned and granted for such things as CPR Training, modernizing the clinic, vehicles for emergency services, and kept the pay for the few who do the real work, at rock bottom.

She knows all that because she wallows in the comforts all that stolen money has given to her and her family.  Now she stands on a dead man to present herself as the voice of the people?  You buying that? Any of you? Not by the tone of the mail I have been receiving. 

Each stunt performed by those clowns seems to stir a seething kettle of resentment towards her and her brood, rather than fool you into believing she is a respected elder.

When it comes to faking it, that woman has no shame!  She should, but she doesn't.

If only one tenth of the monies that have been stolen from you was used for the purposes it was intended, you would have a better chance of survival.

Conflicting Reports

Here is where it is head shaking mind boggling:

When NLO and the rest of them go traipsing off to DC or any of their many many 'conventions', they travel First Class, stay in luxury, spend thousands of dollars and account for none of it.  In DC they beg for money and use the theme of 'poverty' of the poor Indian People to get government to turn loose of the purse strings.

They say they need it for 'education' and vital services, and they get it.  Of course it is just a dog and pony show, and the money only goes into their pockets.  Very few, if any, of the granting sources actually follow up to see what has been done and what has become of those bucks.

They make it sound as if the tribe would have a chance 'if only we could get some of dem indians educated.'  As if there are not highly educated, highly trained Indian People from their own tribe ready and willing to do the work?

There are!  However, those who have worked to get their degrees (the real ones, not the lies they tell in the paper about what degrees they have because they know that no one can follow up nor would they bother to get their transcripts), but those who have worked hard, and have done so with the intention of coming back and making it better for their community are run off by those who know that people with an education can ruin their pig party.

They even get the very people that would benefit from having someone with integrity and an education in positions of responsibility and authority, to shun them and run them off.  "You think you can go away and then come back and think you are better than us?  You think we are stupid just because you got an education? We don't need your ass around here!"

At the same time Tony McDonald's family spouts lie after lie about their degrees and qualifications (He paid with a leg, she had her heart attack her so I guess it's even?).  Which would lead people to believe that Indians are well-educated and much smarter than what is being presented to those panels in DC that shovel out funds to help.

And the very people that worked so hard, sacrificed so much to be able to make it better are run off.  That someone totally illiterate as Weenie Boy, who can barely spell his own name and has never read a paragraph in his life, can run departments and control millions in HUD and now in charge of who gets a job or not as he has been running the Personnel Department for more than 10 years... and he can't even read!  Somehow, that suits the mentality out there? 

He doesn't even show up for work, unless you consider the Blackjack Tables his jobsite, and yet he gets paid time and overtime, time after time.  He installs his drugged out son, RJ to run the Water Department even though he has never passed a real drug test, is not educated, has no clue? He has wrecked that budget and done serious harm there, but HE has a good-paying job?

I guess that the impression the panels in DC are left with is that all this would not be this way if only we could get them Indians educated!  Then they could do a better job! ---Riiiight!

I think the sad reality is for those who come back to make it better at home, that yes, the people are stupid.  The very people they thought would appreciate the help and improvements that an educated person could bring, run them off and protect, again and again, those who ruin, rob, raid and rape in the community.

The truth is: they don't want Indians with an education coming back and getting into their club.  They want the money and the power that comes from creating and exploiting poverty on their own rez, but they do NOT want Indians to get smarter.  They are afraid that if they get too many that are educated, they would be wise to them and boot them out.  In many cases, arrest them for embezzlement.

All this 'poverty' being played out to garner more funds, and yet your TC never accounts for one dime of their extravagant lifestyles and how they spend your money.  It's never there when you need it.  Elders can freeze in the winter, an ambulance that should have been shot and put out of its misery years ago, still limping along trying to save lives; the clinic promised was never built, even though the footings around the building give you an outline of the grandiose promises not kept.

The NLO and the TC want the money and they will step all over you to get it, and then you won't ever see a dime.

One report from last Tuesday says that the Tribe made $6 Million.  Now, where is any of that? Who made that claim?

Are you educated or illiterate? Are you wealthy or are you poor? Reports so conflicting and the government doesn't bother to notice it is hearing from a two-headed snake speaking out of both mouths at the same time.

Spin Cycle

People don't want to look at this or think about it because it just makes them dizzy. That is what it is all about. Spinning and spinning until everyone falls down. ( I can hardly wait to hear how the Administrators spin the events of Bobby Littleghost's death to their own advantage. Do keep me posted!)

You see that the joke you have become with the ignorant, the lying and the thieving and the murderers being allowed to run everything has made of you and your community, yet you do nothing?

You watched Bobby Littleghost drop dead because the greedy thieving TC has never fulfilled one promise, and you do nothing? You listen to Turdmother speak and you think to yourself: "Wow, I think she is on my side at last!" And then you are stunned and amazed that all of their talk is just lies?

Does this obvious conflict between what is true and what is really happening out there, sink in? Or do you just ignore it and wake up in a brand new world the next day?

The definition of 'Stupid' that once I was told I never forgot, was "Someone who wakes up in a brand new world every day."  Nothing is learned.  That is the epitome of 'Stupid'. 

Can you see how you look to the outside world? Can you see how you look to one another? Can you see how you look to your families?  Now, do you wonder why the children kill themselves? Why they turn to drugs and alcohol? Why they join the gangs and run like strays all through the night?

Until you can look around you and see what is really going on and realize what a huge mess this is, you will continue to make the problems worse and worse and by the time they get to your door, the screams will just be another echo in the night.

The coyotes might answer from their dens in the hills, but that is about all.

Allowing the incompetent, the corrupt and the criminals to run your community brings death, despair and dishonor.   You okay with that?
