The ongoing events and behaviors of those who murdered Eddie (and others)  on the Fort Totten Reservation, North Dakota.  How the ongoing criminal enterprise continues to flourish unabated and without a single response from the Justice Department.  Well, not surprising on that!  They would have to investigate themselves and how some of their elite were directly involved and have prospered from the corruption that exists, protected and funded by US Tax Dollars.

Even if you don't live on the Rez, it's your money, YOUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK.  You owe it to yourself to peek in once in awhile and see what you are paying for

Worth Dying For

By now you all know when the funeral is for Bobby Littleghost. I see that one of the pallbearers, if I am not mistaken is Junior Yankton?? Can he lift anything? We all know him as "Poopsie" and I find it odd, if in fact he is a pallbearer, that he is allowed to be one. 

After all, he had threatened Bobby any number of times to keep his mouth shut about what he knew about Eddie's murder.  Bobby did keep his mouth shut.  Poopsie drove by shooting his gun, warning him to keep his mouth shut, and he did keep his mouth shut.

Even when QBall raped his daughter, he never mentioned the murder nor Eddie's corpse being dragged over for bathing and a change of clothes before it was staged on Hwy 57 as a 'hit and run'.  Bobby kept his mouth shut.

Bobby took what he knew to the grave with him, and so the way I figure it, Poopsie and the Turdclan owe his family, big time.  There better be huge gifts, floral arrangements, and lots of money to help the family out, don't worry about paying it back, after all this. 

Make it worth his while to have kept his mouth shut all this time.  That they all keep silent all this time. After all, what happens in family, even if it is murder or cover up, stays in family, right?  I am expecting a big show, and lots of hugs, all around between Turdlings and Bobby's kin.  Gonna be worth dying for.

Let's See Who Goes To Court This Month

Well, looks like Zit Puppet has to show up on the 13th for driving drunk and without a license, third offense on both.  Zit Puppet Court  I will post all these documents on the Documents page later this week so you can peruse at your leisure. (Let's see the sycophant at the Urinal spin that one in his favor!)

My old friend, Kaylee Walking Eagle shows up the same day for driving without insurance.  Aww!  Whassamatta?  Won't Papa break open a coffee can and buy you some insurance?  Kaylee Walking Eagle.

Clearly they both are so used to getting away with this kind of behavior on the rez that they forget that outside the rez they actually, maybe only sometimes, have to follow the laws!  So much for thinking they are better than anyone else! 

At least they are in one another's good company!

I have a whole bunch of these coming in so I made a page called Zeroes where you can look up some of your faves. I think it would be fun to go and watch how they act in a real court!

Archiving

I have been archiving and storing my files this week.  It will probably be another week before they are all done.  It is necessary maintenance in order that I can keep all my records and documents in order.  I came across some files that I received a while back that need to be put into pdf format so you can all read them.  I think you will find them most enlightening.  Expect that I will have those for you no later than next week. 

Some interesting documents have surfaced and I have a few questions about them.  One from Vern Lambert.  I am told that there was a scandal involving him and Head Start Funds.  Is that true?  Can anyone give me the particulars on that?  The document I have is where he 'plays lawyer' for the Tribal Council and it is baffling how he interprets the 'bylaws' and the "Constitution" of the tribe.  Did he really go to school?  Or was he just passing gas?

I have some questions regarding the $6Million+ profit the tribe supposedly made from ronin wireless stock.  I would like to see where they came off with those numbers and is there a certified document somewhere that can prove them?  Considering how many millions the TC has ripped you all off for in this latest scam (ronin wireless), I would, if I was y'all, demand that money in cash!  It is but a fraction of what has been taken from you.

Also, I am hearing that money was retrieved from Golden Eagle Wireless (started and died within a week of receiving government  grants and loans in the Tribe's name).  Did someone go dig up Walking Ego's back yard and find that cash?  If so, divvy it up amongst those members of the tribe.

I know the TC is trying to make it sound like that money should be given back to them so that they can put it into programs, but that is a pile of crap.  They robbed those programs to make themselves wealthy and now want to show you a piece of paper with numbers on it and then have you give it back to them so they can do it again and again!

You be amazed at how much interest the Tribe has to pay for loans these crooks have taken out in your name, for their own benefit.  Money that should be going into your pockets is going to pay off their debts.

They also want it to sound like you all are the thieves and that is why the programs are failing to be funded.  Take the money!  That way you will have money.  If you give it back to them, they will screw you over again and there will be no money for you and no programs.

This is a short blog because I am busy on getting other documents in order and have to do some work outdoors. 

I expect to do more canning this week and next so I will warn you when that is going to happen and you will know when to expect the next blog posting.  I can still receive and respond to emails, but postings are a little more time consuming.

Read 'em & Weep

I have created yet another page for your perusal: TC Meetings and I have linked to that from the Documents Page.  Take a look at the 'minutes' such as they are, from your fearless leaders and their 'meetings'.  By far and away not a complete set of minutes, and if you have additions, please send them to me.  The minutes of the meetings should ALWAYS be posted both online at their web site (P.O.S.) and in public places such as the Blue Building, Rec Hall and Community Centers. 

Also, the minutes are so vague as to be almost meaningless on key issues.  But it is all I could get my hands on, so I pass them along to you.

I have more documents that I am working on, including info on Ronin Wireless which I KNOW you are going to want to see!

Grieving Differently

We all grieve differently, so they say.  But what I have seen come out of Indian Country is boggling.  No sooner did Bobby Littleghost get unplugged than some of his more stellar relatives, including Turdmother, go gather their 'funeral money' and hit the casino!  Some could say that the Slot Machine Canyons of the Casino are a good place to "forget".  Others of course, crying in their beer at Webs and the Oh Oh Bar.  Of course, them laughing and joking at the time you see them, is just their way.

I am sure that the dearly departed would have wanted it that way.  It shows so much respect, (*POP!) and how better to honor the memory of a loved one than to slug back a few beers or yank that handle (push that button) on the ol' one-armed bandits!  It's the way we have always done it, right? (*Pop!).

Goes right along with those drummers passing through the community.  Although, somehow, to me and a few of you out there, it seems out of place.  But, we all grieve differently.

Clusters

One of the topics I am hoping to find time to discuss in here is the abnormally, no, make that "alarmingly high" rate of cancer cases in one particular area of the rez.  People are coming down with and dying from cancers at a rate much higher than anywhere else, by several fold!  You may want to ask your EPA Officers about what they know about those clusters and what they are doing to test for and find the sources of the cancer clusters.  So far, I have seen nothing emerge that would have anything to do with that kind of work, and maybe they just aren't aware of how many children, adults and elders are dying of that disease all on the same patch of rez. 

I know the TC is not concerned.  Anything that might take a few dollars out of their greedy paws and be put to good use really irks them. 

Colonial Mind set

Also a topic I think we should all look at sometime in the near future.  How it began on Turtle Island, how it stays in place and disempowers the Indian People while enriching their 'leaders', and how it plays out to the rest of the nation and abroad in countries like Iraq, Iran and Afghanistan.  Once we see the details in the smaller picture and can apply them to the larger picture, we can even better understand how we got into the global mess we are in and how the Middle East became so destabilized that we are, by some accounts, at the edge of Armageddon.  Others, of course, will tell you that we are well into it.

When there is time for these two very important topics to be discussed, I will put them into the blog and we can all look at them and decide what it is we, as individuals, neighbors and nations can do to turn things around and bring Peace and Justice to our lives, our communities, and our world. 

Yes, it is a very large scale topic, but we cannot ignore the part we are playing as individuals and communities, and how if we change our responses to reactionary propaganda and governmental myths, we can actually make a difference.

Maybe not in our lives, but that is not what this is about.  It is about our children's' lives, and the lives of their children.  Some of us can make a difference that is localized and healing, and others can make a difference that is profound and much broader in scope.

Teaching by Example

But we can all teach our children that they are valuable to us and to this world.  We can empower them by showing them the right way to do things, regardless of the odds against them.  We can teach them to overcome rather than to wallow in anger and self-pity.  We can teach them how to avoid the pitfalls of drugs, alcohol and low-self-esteem. 

And they can learn how good it feels to do something to help another person in this world.  They can feel that rush, that high that no drug can touch, and no one can take away from them.  We can all learn for ourselves and teach our children by our words and by our example, the fulfillment of being Human Beings and the respect we gain by giving respect to our Fellow Human Beings.

We must teach them that those who offer them drugs, alcohol and who abuse them are NOT their friends, but rather low-life types that want to keep them from fulfilling their true destiny in this world.  That they can overcome anything if they know who they are, regardless of what those around them are doing to mislead them.

We can teach them only by example, for words are hollow if the actions are contradictory.  If our children see us as hypocrites, they have nothing to model themselves towards except bad examples, anger and self-pity.

The leadership we have in the Tribal Council is nothing more than a pit of serpents, writhing and wallowing in the power and money that they have stolen from the people.  We can all work together to change that.

August 13, 2007--Printer Version

Ooooh!  Should Be a  Friday!

Not sure where to begin on this, and it will probably be a lengthy blog, but you who are raising major questions about the Millions of dollars 'profit' from ronin wireless (witless), are going to love what I have for you!  Meanwhile, the criminals running your community are just beginning to realize what a huge misstep, total miscalculation this move on their part, was--IS.

Magical Math Markers

A few basics here:  For one, the Stock Market, especially the tech stocks, which Ronin Wireless (Witless?) claims to be one of, has been what is commonly called a "Bear Market" (BM for short?).  A Bear Market is the opposite of a Bull Market.  A Bull Market is charging ahead and everyone is making money.  A Bear Market is grouchy, in a slump and people are selling off and stock prices are plummeting. 

For any company to claim to be defying the market trend (downward slump of stocks) is one thing.  To claim to have made a humongus profit, that alone, especially in the tech savvy investor part, would make headline news because Wall Street looks for any heroes in a storm of plummeting prices.  Not a peep!

Not sure Ronin is even listed as a real company.  I am still looking into that.  They say they are, but let's look and see what is supposedly going on with that company.

Now, you take the $6,619.221.01 (love that penny at the end, don't you?) profit that the Tribe supposedly made from the Ronin Wireless investment and much bigger questions arise:

  Even that was a 100% return on investment, that would mean that the TC took over $6.5 Million dollars from programs and the funds to run the community, to put into this company!  Add that to the 'profit' and you can see that the TC has over $13 Million of YOUR money tied up in that company!

ADD to that the $3 Million that NLO loaned from the Tribal funds to the company (that 'debenture document we talked about last month) and you now have over $16 Million of YOUR money tied up in that company.

But wait, there's more:  It is not a 100% return on investment, but rather a modest 4.60%.  Ho-LEE-MO-Leeeee!  Multiply that out and you have, based on the profit they are claiming for this year (Fiscal Year)at least $651Million to over $681 MILLION as the base investment!  that would be YOUR money  -- if it were real, that is, and you could add to that the $3Million NLO gave to the company (of which she is a major holder along with Walking Ego) and you would have $684+ Million dollars of YOUR money tied up in that company.

I am pretty sure (but I could be wrong) that they only have about $40 Million of your dollars tied up in this scam.

But you see what is going on here, regardless of which numbers you use, is fraud.

This Ronin thing is nothing but a glorified Pyramid Scheme wherein nothing really is sold except stock to one another, and each new "investor" is considered 'profit' and they only make money if they can sucker more 'investors' into the scheme.

It started off a few years ago as a company with a $200K or so debt to a man who had loaned them money and was about to call the loan due.

Magically, a few days before that was due, The Team of Walking Ego and Myra (Badman and Robbin')(and a few others) invested approx $4 Million in tribal funds (raiding the programs to do so) and the company then magically went from a negative $200K to a 'profit' of $4Million or whatever that investment was. 

Our Badman and Robbin' team bought shares arbitrarily priced at $4.20 a share (approx) for 1 penny a share.  Instead of the company reporting the actual cash transaction (over a million and a half shares each) at the penny price, they listed it at the full price and bumped the stock value up again.  All artificial, mind you, but it was supposed to sucker in more players, especially from other tribes who either wanted to launder some money of their own or were too stupid to realize that this was a pyramid scheme and they were on the bottom of it.

These sort of transactions went on and on with Badman and mostly Robbin' instantly reselling the shares they bought at a penny each (with tribal funds to begin with) to the Tribe at full price, netting themselves millions of dollars of your money.

Since the same players that were involved in the Golden Eagle Wireless scam which took your money and the government's money and then shut down (we covered their drug dealing and scams in much earlier blogs) and here they all are in bed together on Ronin, again as in the two previous scams, things were becoming too obvious.

People were demanding answers on this Ronin thing.  All you are getting from the TC is lies and more lies, but bear with me, it gets weirder and wilder.

Panic Attacks

The TC, which has lied to you about anything and everything was panicking because questions were being asked and the answers were not satisfactory.  People kept asking.

So, to protect themselves from the anger and suspicion of the community, they devised a half-baked plan (almost as bad as the hit and run scenario of '83) wherein they would wave a piece of paper in front of you, you would all say "ooh!" and "Ahhh!" and decide that they were brilliant and taking care of business and your community (despite all evidence to the contrary right under your noses) and you would ignore the gathering storm of debt and conflicting reports they issued, and not be prepared for the hail of consequences to come next.

They could then carry on as they had, laughing at your trusting them despite their misleading and mistreating you time and time again.

One of them, not sure who, was not on the same page as the others and made the statement that money from Golden Eagle Wireless had been recovered.  Uh???  Since they told the people at the time of the GEW debacle that they had been ripped-off by slick crooks (same as before and now) and that they never pursued any criminal investigation into the rip-off(s), where that $Million or so supposedly came from was a mystery.

People started talking and wanted to know more.  That was when Right-Hand not telling Left-Hand what the plan was, came to light.  The TC delivered a Financial Statement (which is about as shoddy as ever I have seen.  Nope, take that back:  It IS the shoddiest, sloppiest, I have ever seen) showing where the Tribe is making money (Another Spread sheet you want to see is the one showing where the Tribe is losing money, but it is never explained but I think we can deduce what is going on with a little teamwork here). 

Anywho, this Financial Statement is supposed to blow your socks off with how much money the TC is making with its 'wise' investing savvy.  (I love a redundancy!).  But instead of listing GEW as the source of a chunk of money, some eager beaver (and there are at least 4 on the Council) decided to go BIG and listed a $6,519,221.01 profit from Ronin Wireless at 4.60 rate.

They decided to make it look like too big to comprehend (and it is if you do the right math) and also calm you all down, and then, with the advent of Bobby Littleghost dropping dead because of a lack of services (keep robbing the funds and that is what you get, boys and girls), you would all charitably demand or agree to the suggestion that the money then be put back into their trustworthy mitts to be put into the programs that was robbed to begin with.

But NOOooo!  You all had enough of that bait and switch witchery, and you demanded that the money be give to the members of the Tribe!  Now they are trying to paint you, the Tribe Members they robbed in the first, second and third place, as the 'greedy' ones!

Now a petition or two is going around to demand that the money be given to you, instead of back into their greedy hands.

The Problem Is..

That the money does not exist, except on paper.  If you demand and get it, that means they either have to come out with a story of the company went bankrupt, it was all a scam and they done got robbed again (hanging their heads in contrite mass mea culpa--what is the plural of mea culpa?  Anyone?).

If they do that, you probably had it done to you too many times now to believe them and you see they are all lying, thieves, corrupt to the bone, like I have been telling you for years. 

OR, they have to dig up Walking Ego's backyard to salvage what is still there (much has been moved to a storage unit now, but not all), and/or they have to actually cough up the money and give it to you which means the company, Ronin, which is just a pyramid scheme to begin with, will collapse a little ahead of their planned schedule.

IF Ronin collapses too early and they cannot get out of town, they will run the risk of the SEC (Security and Exchange Commission) investigating their scheme(s), the Justice Department, which until now has almost twisted off its head trying to look the other way, having nowhere to go but to investigate the entire criminal system involved in this; and/or the other tribes they suckered into this being real pissed off and coming after them. 

Not sure where any of them could run and hide if the Good Guys, the Bad Guys and the Government were after them.  But it would be fun to watch.  A whole lot of other stuff will surface if that happens as the house of cards collapses in the concussive aftershocks of the Pyramid Scheme imploding.

The Answer Is

So, DO keep after them and demand that money.  Do the math and demand that ALL your money, which they, by their own numbers, claims to be in the hundreds of millions of dollars, is immediately returned to the tribe.

Demand an investigation into fraud on the part of the Entire TC, past and present, all involved in this scheme, and don't settle for political power plays put on by their poodles or puppies in the Senate and House of Representatives.

Petition both the State and Federal Agencies to investigate this magnitude of fraud that is both against you and against the Funding agencies that granted the monies that were misused in these schemes.

You NOW have the best possible chance of coming together and getting that monster of corruption and all it's legs and arms, off your back and out of power.  NOW is the time to come together and give your children and their children a chance.

*If Ronin Collapses and they want to say it is YOUR fault that there is not money, don’t believe it. There IS no money to begin with except what they have stolen from you and you can force them to give it back.  You have nothing to lose except the comfort of their lies and your willingness to be their doormats.

Fail to act on this and you become, in my eyes, the joke they always said you were.  You know it is true.

My money is on YOU all doing the right thing.

Mathlexic

Have to redo my math on how much money the TC is admitting to having tied up in Ronin Witless.  My earlier numbers were done in a state of total mathlexia!  (Dyscalculatic?)

Take their number on the interest: $6,619,122.01 which they say is profit at a 4.60 Rate.  (This will teach them to just pull numbers out of their asses and try to shut you up!)

Divide the Profit by the interest and multiply that by 100. 

$6,619,221.01 ÷ 4.60 = $1,438,961.01 X 100 =$143,896,108.92  There, that's a lot more accurate than my previous mathlexic numbers.  Now, the question remains:  What sources did they rob to get that almost $144 MILLION dollars? 

Why is not Dorgan the Organ looking into this?  Why is not the SEC looking into this?  Why is it that those who could so easily see the Criminal Corruption ongoing, just wave it off like an annoying mosquito?  How much of this money also lines the pockets of those who were supposed to be protecting both the interests of the Indian People and the Tax Dollars that went into this?

Think of how much better and healthier SLN could have been if that money had been put to use for the Tribe, not just for the powerful who use it to both increase their wealth and tear down the hopes of the community?

And for those sycophants that have been helping them all this time, take a look at how much you got from all this and how much they got from all this and ask yourself if you sold your soul for a fair price or if you just sold out for crumbs?  If they were really your friends, you would have gotten a lot more for making them that wealthy!

Oh, that that's not all folks.  There is more Financial Monkey Business going on.  And what we can guess from all that they have told us is that the stuff they are not telling us is much bigger. 

(Ooops!  I see I have to update the Court Dates page again because Zit Puppet has yet another court date in yet another county for drunk driving, and driving without a license.  Oh yeah, he's the Secretary-Treasurer, and he is the one that keeps track of your money???  Are you sure you want to keep him in office?)  He obviously doesn't care about you, and it shows in how the money keeps on not being there for you when you need it.

Sit

Some of you may want to put an "h" and an "!" in there after you read a little more.  Personally, I am trying to cut down on exclamation points.  I had enough for an upgrade on my next frequent flyer trip, but donated it to the needy---that would by NLO  (Myra) and her now exposed, wealth.  Used to be that she exposed everything she had, and now, in a different way, everything about her is being exposed again, eh?

I hear that she, according to Lois Leban, is going to give people $1,000 which would add up to a tad less than or more than half of the $6,619, 221.01 'profit' from Ronin Witless investment.  She and Walking Ego, mind you, are, after using your money to do it, major shareholders in that company, so all the money the 'tribe' puts in there, actually goes into their hot pockets first.  This 'profit' they are claiming to have garnered for the tribe, is chump change compared to what they themselves have hacked out of the mountain of money you let them have.

Going to give you a whole ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS, eh?  Good doggy!

Beg

Oops, that is the catch.  The General Assembly Meeting which was originally called for the 28th of August (this month, kids), is now scheduled for the 27th of August and they (the people you made wealthy by letting them steal millions from you programs) want you to come and to justify why YOU need the money more than they do! 

They want you to beg, like dogs, for the fraction of money that they stole from you.  (Almost spent an exclamation point on that one.)

Roll Over, Play Dead

Apparently, I am hearing about a $30K loan that NLO gave to herself (again) from YOUR money.  Perhaps she needs to justify why it is that she hands herself those huge amounts, when the rest of you cannot get a fraction of that?

And, if you do get it, you have to pay it back.  She doesn't.  I have a list of defaulted loans, and am told that most of them are for mortgages.  I have heard many times about Poopsie defaulting on every loan.  You remember the one back about a year or so ago where he was given a $25 or 50K loan and no collateral and the Tribe signed for it (meaning they pay it off if he defaults and they have nothing to show for it because no collateral).  That one made the local papers, it was so outrageous.

Well, he has never made one payment on that loan.  You pick up the tab.  Same with the loans that the rest of the Turd Clan and their cronies take out, in your name.  They are simply listed as "loans", defaulted on, and the TC then votes to pay the bank, out of your money, and never pursue recovery on your behalf. 

However, if you are not a card carrying member of the elite, and you default on a $200 loan, they come in and kick you out! 

As long as you let them do this, they will continue to do this.  The only way to stop them is to come together.

You can see and you have proof that Zit Puppet runs down the image of SLN everywhere he goes, especially when he drives drunk, regardless of whether he is on the rez or off.  He is a disgrace for that alone, but you know he is a disgrace for much more.

Reviewing the Financial Statements presented by the TC, I am amazed at how shoddy, sloppy and contradictory they are to what you are being told. Is Walt Hollifield willing to certify his handiwork and go to prison for the inaccuracies?  No.

Why have a CPA doing the job of the Treasurer, if he won't even sign and certify the financial statements.

You all still rolling over for this?

Or are you playing dead?

Bad Dogs

I will have some of those statements on the documents page this week.  And do keep checking the zeroes page to see how the stellar morons that hold power over your lives are being hauled into court for things that should have them fired.  Vern Lambert is starring in one of these episodes.  I think he should have the Indian Name of Drunk Pimps His Son.  Call him "DIPS" for short?  It's phonetically funner. That page will be updated frequently so do keep checking!

Heads Up

Just got a 'heads up' from a reader that says the DUI referred to above is for Vernon Lambert's son.  But it does not say "junior" nor does it say II anywhere, so who could tell?  I still think, regardless, that Pimp Daddy would be a good name for Sr.  I think he has earned that one, don't you? 

No Honor

Looks like Naked Lawn Ornament will not honor any petition to give one dime of that money to the people.  She is now saying that it will go to pay off the debts that the tribe owes.  Debts?  Oh Ya! That would be the money she and the Turd Clan and the TC have borrowed, in your name, but never paid off. For things like their trips, vacations, add-ons, renovations to their homes, gifts to themselves and their friends.  That sort of 'debt'. You see your debt driving around in new cars every few months or so.  You pay for that.  They borrow in your name and you pay, and pay and pay.

Oh yeah, and since a lot of money was borrowed to run basic services while they raided the funds to do this ronin (some calling it 'Robbin') Wireless, that made them rich as they are majority shareholders in the pyramid scheme, but it put the Tribe in debt! Hahaha! Jokes on you guys!  You can see they have taken $143+ MILLION dollars of YOUR money to make themselves wealthy, and now they won't even give you the crumbs?  They want YOU to pay off the debt?

You would not have that debt, nor a lot of other problems if they had not stolen those funds from you to begin with.

So, you gonna sit there? Beg? Roll over and play dead?  Or are you going to bark and bite?

They are betting that you will remain the docile doormats you have always been.

You know we will blog how this plays out.

Silence: Where the Truth Lies

Those of you who continue to keep silent, it is because of you that the lies are never called on out there. You who keep silent, keep the truth from rising up, you keep the greed and the evil in power. You feed the children futility, hopelessness and send them to the drugs and alcohol.  You who keep silent will take to your graves what could have freed the innocent and brought justice to the rez.

No wonder there are so many restless spirits out there. 

I expect there will be more, many more.  Especially those who could have done better, but chose instead to stay silent and let the liars and their evil consume that whole community, spitting out the bones of the children at your feet.

Rabbits and Magicians

This will probably be a short blog as I am in the midst of more canning.  (Keeping an eye on the pot as we do this).

We have all been watching a magic show with Ronin and it's starting to fall apart as the curtains are prematurely pulled back to reveal what goes on behind the scenes.

NLO and Walking Ego claiming that there is a $6.6+ MILLION Dollar profit is all smoke and mirrors my friends.  They never intended for you to have a dime of it. It is just all on paper.  Keep after them as IF they are telling the Truth and get what you can out of it, even if all you get is the hardening realization that they have robbed you, lied to you and are wallowing in your money while you can't even afford to buy school clothes for your kids and they romp around, First Class and Star Treatment, at your expense.

I have put the financial statement from Ronin on the documents page.  Ronin Financial June 30, 2007 and you can see for yourselves that none of the numbers your Tribal Criminals are giving you, add up.  Ronin is claiming a whopping $3.1 Million profit.  How then, did they manage a $6.6Million + profit on one investor's (the Tribe's) portfolio? 

Either Ronin is lying about their finances, or the TC is lying about the money or both.  They pulled those numbers out of their asses and thought you would applaud, fingertips to palms, excitedly, the staging of the rabbits coming out of the hats.

Millions are missing, millions have been borrowed in YOUR names and as a tribe, and YOU have to pay for it all.  They give you lies and more lies. 

Later That Same Day...

Gee, has it been almost 12 hours?  Hardly seems like it!  Yup, canning!  I did notice a glaring error in my reporting on the 'profit' earned from Ronin for the Tribe (*Pop) I typo-ed the amount.  Should have read $6,519,221.01  So do the math that way.  I will later today (after I sleep and wake up again, wash the jars, label them and store them).  That will teach me to try and preserve food and blog at the same time!  (Bless my little heart!).

I am also working on documents that show Tribal Financial statements.  I quit, long time ago, trying to get those to match up or reconcile with the Financial Statements that spill out of Walt Hollifield's hands.  They never do, so I quit trying.  But, I have them and hopefully, tomorrow or today even (depending on when you are reading this) I can get those posted for you.  You can see how your area reps can't control their spending and are in the red, almost from the gate!  Must be nice, eh? Money run through your fingers like water on a hot day, while those you represent go dig and scratch for every dime?

Oh, and wait until you see what kinds of debt the tribe has!  Over $100 Million (regardless of earlier math) goes into making the TC wealthy in a company, and they borrow against your future, and put you into debt, while you pay off their lifestyles. 

Coyote musta bit you all on the ass the day you were born! Ahoooo-Yaaa--Yup! Yup! Yup!

Numbers Game

Since your money is just a numbers game to your Thief Councilors or TC for short, let's keep playing until we get within a million or so of what they have stolen from you, shall we?

$6,519,221.01 (profit from Ronin at 4.60 rate)(so they say) ÷4.60 =$141,722,195.96 x 100 = $141,722 of YOUR money they have stolen to make themselves wealthy.  How many of you are laughing and saying "only $141 Million"?  You are looking at at least $141 Million of your dollars that could have made you all better off.  Could have done a lot for the community.  (You all so generous with your money!  You pay these people to steal from you, abuse you, laugh at you?)

Now, add to that product the $3 Million that NLO gave herself as a 'debenture' and you are well on your way to really big numbers.  There are more 'debentures' and loans that never need to be paid back to her and them out there, but I would think that this would be enough to make you realize how bad it really is.

To them, it is easy.  You keep fighting among yourselves.  Your petty jealousies and stupid feuds insure that they can continue to walk all over all of you, and your children, without any real opposition.  They laugh at you, and I laugh at you. 

You whine and you complain but you won't stand up?  Not for yourselves nor your children? 

It's a numbers game, and you are losing by the hour.  Cry me a river.

Authentic Indian Casino

And since the TC gave management of the casino over to Ronin, which is just another way of them funneling the funds into their pockets and never having it counted, you can bet that you will have less and less to fight over as time goes on. 

To make the casino even more authentic, we have both Sam and Carl Merrick stumbling around in there, drunk, crapping themselves, barfing, and begging tourists for spare change!

Who wouldn't want to go and see that at an authentic Indian Casino??? It so plays to the worst possible stereo-type!  And with your co-managers, Lori Brown and Wacky Jackie running the place, and Sam being the guy they trust to skew the ballots for them (more on that later), you can expect that those two will be what people remember about their trip to Spirit Lake Casino and what kind of people YOU are.

Sam and Carl are your ambassadors to the rest of the world!  No one at the casino will do anything about it because they don't care. If it mattered at all to them, or they had any real qualifications to justify them pulling down about $200K per year apiece (plus expenses, plus travel..) it might be different. 

Since you won't stand up for yourselves and present a different image to the rest of the world, Sam and Carl are what people see and remember.  So, stay on your blankets, and whimper and whine and complain.

Oh, and those of you who complain about the blog, thanks for the laughs!  You have done absolutely nothing for your community, so don't complain to me until you can show that you have at some time in your pathetic life, done something to make things better for your community.  You may not like what I have to say, but that's because the Truth hurts.  You know it. 

I could write a totally upbeat and fictional blog about how wonderful you are all doing and how great your leadership is.  Would you really like that better? 

I write this because you tell yourselves enough lies as it is.  You need to talk about what you can do to make the changes that will save your children.  So far, I see nothing happening.  I do see the same people who do the good work still struggling to get support.  I still see you all standing by as they are beat down, run off and replaced by moron cronies.  I still see you all doing nothing together, except complaining.

Ohhh! What's that smell?  Must be the meth cooks in the hood making up a batch of poison for the children! And, over there, at the casino, shoulder tapping the customers, it's the Merrick Bros!  So authentically First Nations, isn't it?  That is what is representing you in your absence from your own life.  Do something about it, or accept it.  But don't complain because it only makes me laugh.

Wrap Up

Well, I'm pretty tired right now and have more food to preserve.  I have converted loads of documents into PDF format and have to set those onto the documents page.  Well, what I really have to do is set a whole page just for the ronin scandal. 

Looks like Tino (Tiny Tino) White is also involved in this scam.  He is, ironically, or not, listed as 'Honorable Chairman' of the Spirit Lake Tribe.  Really?  I thought Myra ousted him on charges of corruption!  Now we see that she is in bed with him all the way, again. I also notice That Carl Walking Ego (and he does this on a lot of his business deals) uses various fictional forms of his name to these scams.  I will connect you with that document so you can look and see if you find more familiar names:

Secrets and Lies

Hush!  I hear there is supposed to be a 'secret meeting' of the TC tomorrow, Friday.  They only want certain people to attend.  Has something to do with the $6.5 or $141 Millions of your money!  It's all rumors right now, they don't want you to know for shore.  That's why they don't post the meeting times, don't have regular meetings/General Assemblies for you to attend.  And they keep abruptly changing the times and places of the meetings. 

They keep you guessing with secrets and lies.  You have to run like dogs chasing rabbits to get the information and try to get them before they disappear down yet another Rabbit Hole.

Speaking of Holes

I guess Seashelly is the next to go.  Her behaviors annoying even her partners in crime, except for Gaelan's sister, with whom I hear she plays :"Let's do a Deal" a few times a day.  I am hearing that Seashelly doesn't even bother to hide her meth use any more.  Right there in the office, like business! IF that is true, and it probably is in this case, time for her to leave, yes?  I hear that she shakes in her little seashell shoes every time Punky (Bernadette) walks by. 

I don't know why.  Punky seems to fit right in with the rest of them thieves, from what I hear.  Mrs. Poopsie is telling all who will listen or can hear, that Seashelly and Bernadette are the ones who won't let the people have the money ($6.5 Million).  Yeah, right, I suspect Naked Lawn Ornament floated that one to take the heat off herself!  Seashelly and Punky (Bernadette) are the smallest fish in that sea, for shore! (Wonder why NLO is trying to put the heat on them?  Perhaps she has a plan to oust them and put in yet more and closer friends of her own?).

More To Steal

Just in time I see by today's Fartgo Forum that the Community College just received a $600,000 grant! We can all guess that will probably go into the ongoing ronin scam and your college won't receive more than a few nickels, if anything from this.

See how that money just pours in?  See how it just disappears?

If Dorgan really wanted to help Indian People, he would help them to hold accountable those who control all the money, not just shovel more money into their greasy paws so he can shake hands with them later.

He cries about the horrible conditions of Indian Health Care in the FF today.  (I knew they would not waste Bobby Littleghost dropping dead!) and it is obviously a prelude to him securing even more millions for the Tribes, and especially, his favorite Tribe, SLN.

When he does, there will be photo ops, (look closely and you might see wads of cash being exchanged!) and dinners and speeches.  And then there will be nothing.  No follow-up on where the money went and how it was spent. 

a Bloat of Hypocrites

I am not sure if he is stupid, dishonest or both, but it seems clear to me that with over $141 MILLION going into an investment scam that benefits only a handful of the in-crowd, he would, if he really cared about Indians, demand an investigation into where those funds came from and how much corruption is really sitting on those Tribal Councils.  I know that there are other tribes, just as corrupt that he has dealings with.

This should be a big ol' alarm, red flag (READ Flag?) that his political career is being exposed as 100% hypocrite, and do something to either really help Indian People by helping them to rid their communities of these corrupt and criminal organizations (I know you have written to his office and been blown off like flies).  Otherwise, if he continues to ignore what is so obviously going on, his ship will sink with theirs and his career be recorded as one of corruption and cover-up rather than as some sort of Statesman/hero to the Indian People.

So far, he continues to ignore the blatant corruption.  The question arises:  Is he stupid? Is he corrupt? or is he both? 

He is in a Bloat of Hippos, as they say, and cannot ignore the fact that they are all in the same muddy waters.  He is either one of them because he wants to be, gets something from it, or because he is incurably stupid and or naive.  Take your pick.

Protocol

Those of you who write to him, cc the letters to me so I can keep track of them.  I want copies of any responses, (if you're lucky enough to get one!) regardless of how insulting and stupid it is.  We can then take this on up the line and have more people to put under investigation if he stalls or tries to thwart your efforts. 

If you try to go too high, too fast, you will just be ignored by the AG's who will tell you to take it up with your reps. 

Follow the protocol and be methodical in how you document ALL contact with them.  Document every phone call (Include time of day, date, whom you spoke to and about what and what time the call began and ended)  And any conversation that occurs within earshot of anyone else, list their names as well.

Document, document and document. 

Your corrupt TC counts on you not being able to comprehend the scale of their corruption, nature of their crimes, and not able to understand what you have to do to go after them.  That is another reason they, along with the help of the ignorant in the community, run off the qualified and educated.  They don't want anyone within your reach to be able to put this together for you.

I can help you. But you must help yourself, first.  Work together and work with me.  You know they are afraid of that. Use it or lose it.

In Simple Terms

Regarding that $141 Million or so dollars that the Badman and Robbing Hood stole from you to make themselves wealthy and now they won't give you a dime back:

It's like you have money that is supposed to be used to pay your bills, fix your car, feed your kids, fix your house, buy clothes, etc.  Let's use round numbers here:  Let's say its $142 and you really need it, but you can never find it so you do without decent food, car repairs, clothes for the kids, heating oil, etc. 

Now, I come along and wave a check for $6.52 in your face and tell you I made it from using your money.  I made it so I keep it, right? But you want it and you need it and I tell you that you have to beg for it, publicly, before I will let you have, maybe... some of it. 

You then realize that the reason you could not find the $142 to pay your bills, feed, clothe, repair... was because I stole it from you and kept it a secret (until some blabbermouth blogger went and told you about a company I own most of, which I bought and paid for with your money.  I have become very rich from that company and I consider it to be my business, not yours). 

You keep asking questions and so I show you the $6.52 check to make you shut up.  But you want that money, and you deserve that money, but I won't give it to you.  Now, to make sure you never get your hands on it, I will hold meetings you can't go to, get to or even hear about until it is over. 

At those meetings my friends (who happen to be in the company with me) and I will decide what to do with the profit we made from the money we stole from you.

You don't like it, and I tell you to go hire a lawyer.  I know you can't do that because you have no money.  I have all your money.  I know also that I can manipulate the laws and the courts in this tiny community because I have the money and the Feds just look the other way because I make it worth their while to NOT interfere. 

Besides, you don't have any money so what lawyer would take your case in a rigged court system?  Hahahah!  My friends and I are laughing at you!  You being so poor and so angry!

Youz and Themz

I know you can't and won't do anything to me because the one thing you would have to do is come together as a community to bring me and my wealthy-from-stealing-your-money friends down.  You and the rest of the youz out there, too jealous, too stupid and too lazy to 'get involved'.  Youz play it safe and don't do anything.  Youz wait and see if the one person standing up and fighting will win or not.

If they win, you join in and say "I was with you the whole way," and if they lose, you hiss through your teeth that you knew it would not be worth the risk, turn around and shut your doors again.

I know youz really well and I know I can steal as much as I want from  youz and youz will never come together to make me accountable. 

My children can rape your children and you can be bought off and kept silent.  My children can drive drunk and wreck your car, hit you, or kill you and all the youz out there will just shrug and no one will support you.

Youz make it easy for me to to do what I want.

Now, multiply that by everyone of you out there and realize that it is MILLIONS of dollars we are talking about, and if YOUZ don't find a way to come together to regain your lives, your dignity, those who rob you will continue to laugh at you; those who rape your children, sell them poison, give them alcohol and render their lives pointless and futile, are there because YOUZ do nothing to stop them.  Youz just sit back and watch and wait to see if someone else will do it for YOUZ.

Youz out number Themz but youz too lazy to fight for your rights, your dignity or your future.

What's that sound?  That slurping and chomping? Are those the bones of your children being spat at your feet again? 

When will it be worth your while, all of YOUZ to come together?  If not when they are killing your children and not when you are burying them, then when?

Is there enough money to make it worth your while? Or you want to wait and see if someone wearing a red cape will fly in and save your sorry asses? 

Youz stand there, shuffling your shoes and staring at the ground.  Kick aside them bones and pretend it didn't happen, and if it did, that there was nothing youz could have done about it.  Ignoring it helps, right?

August 20, 2007 --Priner Version

Hope-Less?

So, when my server crashed (my fault for not reading my schedule and knowing that I was posting right in the middle of maintenance!) yesterday, I understand that some of you were distraught and thought that the Turdclan had finally succeeded.  Of course, it was up again in a few minutes (My tech wagging his finger at me and telling me never to do that again!). 

However, in the very brief time when there was nothing, nada, white screen despair for some of you, there was also, ironically, increased heart beat hope on the part of the Turdclan who thought that at long last, their troubles were over!  (How many thousands of dollars have they offered or paid to hack my site by now?).

And then, of course, their hearts sank as once again, the blog rose from the void to tell the tale of their murders, corruptions and rapes.  Awwww!  Was it awful?  Poopsie had to take a few extra meds, and Wacky's eyes got really scary wide!

So, they continue to plan and plot.  I hear about every six months or so that "The blog will be shut down soon..."  That has been going on since 2000, y'all! 

Poopsie and Pisster talk big, but they are scared to death and won't come near it.  Pisster, with a few drinks in her, will tell you the story herself, right down to the blood on her hands and in her hair!  But I digress.  I know we are coming up to the anniversary of Eddie's murder, yet again, and these days are particularly hard on the Turdclan and those who helped them murder Eddie Fish (Fish is the nickname everyone called Eddie), and worse it seems lately, for those who helped them cover it up.

So you can see why it was so getting their hopes up high when the screen went blank for a few minutes.  But then it just crushed them anew when the blog came back on.  Awww!  Perhaps if you hope less, you would not be so hopeless? Ahahoooo-Yaaaah!

Edge of Awareness

Worse for Poopsie these days as his own children now look at him differently.  When they were just babies, especially the girls, he could lie to them about everything and convince them that things he did to them, and their relatives did to them, didn't happen.  They wanted to believe, as all children want to believe, that their parents were not evil, murderers, rapists, child molesters. 

They even blocked it out for a time.  But now they are older and they are starting to remember. The look in their eyes is different.  The lies fall flat instead of ringing like the fictional truth they used to believe in.

And with Pisster spilling it out every time she is around them, especially when she is drunk, which is daily, the one daughter especially now, knows her daddy is a rapist, child molester, murderer, thief.

She sees the misery on the rez around her and she now knows that her daddy and her family have everything to do with the suffering she used to scoff at as 'dumb Indians'. 

Poopsie knows that she knows and that the rest of them know.  He knows that nothing he says or does can stop them from knowing what he really is.  Hugs and kisses now offered as reassurance, feel to him like the lies of his children, who know the truth they never wanted to know.

What will they do?  What will he do to them? The dance begins now that they are reaching the Edge of Awareness.  The edge is sharper and harder every day, and it cuts through the fiction and the lies -- it cuts both ways, both hurting him and destroying them. 

If they choose to ignore it, as was easier before they became aware, they will have to work at it, as Kalum has, with drugs, addictions and abuse.  If they choose to embrace it, they will leave and never return.  Worse, they could remember more and more (and they will) and they may turn against the family that raised them in the fiction of good times and plenty.

Poopsie knows this.  Poopsie fears this.  He will as he did with Angela, destroy his own children if they become a threat to his empire of blood covered evil.  All they have to do is look at her and what she has become and know what the future holds for them if they don't act to save themselves from what is right around the corner.

They used to be able to dismiss his bad behavior as his only being dangerous when he is drinking... but now they know that what he has done will follow them and their children, until the end of time if they don't save themselves.

And the Blog never sleeps!  The Edge of Awareness creeps into their minds, clearing the thorns and briars of lies and liars.  Memories return, of conversations overheard and blurted out.  Blankets thrown over them, like putting out fires at the time.  But the embers continued to smolder.

It is those embers more than this blog that has honed and is tempering the Edge of Awareness in your children.  It is your doing that destroys them, not mine.

So drink up Pisster, Poopsie and Wacky.  Celebrate the anniversary of Eddie Fish being beat to death in Pisster's kitchen.  His hollow eyes stare at you from beyond the grave.  The sound of steel being honed into a fine sharp edge rings through the night and stirs your drunken slumber. 

Eddie Fish stands so close to you, he can reach in and squeeze your black heart and make it stop.  He can make you turn around by blowing on your neck, the cold breath of death.  You turn around and he is smiling at you, with those hollow eyes.

You see his mouth moving, but you cannot hear the words, but I will tell you why: It is because he is speaking to your children as they reach the Edge of Awareness, and telling them what you really are, what you have done and what they must do to save themselves.

Cuts Like a Knife

Poopsie is in distress over this one this time.  He destroyed Angela, and that was easy.  But the ones coming up now, not so easy.  He knows and they know that he will do to them whatever he has to to save himself.  The ultimate betrayal to the Turdclan is an everyday choice and they make it swiftly. 

Poopsie watches his favorite more closely now.  He knows that his time with her is almost at an end because she, despite all the perks and favors he has lavished upon her, is aware. 

I'm not sure if it is because she is so much like him or so different from him, that he knows she is the one that will undo him. She has it in her to save herself, and that is something none of the others have.

He curses God for the blessing of a child that he actually loved, even though he did what he did to her.  It was his love for her that made him clean up his act, to a point, so that he would never harm her again and maybe she would not remember.  And if she did remember, maybe she would forgive, excuse, forget?  He always knew that love would be a weakness.  He will do what he always does, only this time it will hurt him. 

Her choice will be a hard one, but she will make it.  His choice will be the hardest one he has ever had to make, but trust me, he will make it.

Snakes are in the walls of their homes now, listening and telling what they hear.  And when the door opens, in the middle of the night, she pretends to be asleep so that she will be safe. 

He suspects she is pretending to be asleep, but he knows she is pretending.

These are hard times for Poopsie.  Not just because of Eddie's murder coming round to haunt him, but because the eyes that used to adore him, are growing harder to see through.

Cuts like a knife.

Sometimes Angels Catch Them

On Friday, a very young child fell four stories to the concrete below.  It was in an apartment building that had no shrubs or trees or anything to break his fall.  What had happened was that the screen on the window gave way and he tumbled down.  Parents rushed him to the ER.  This all happened in Devils Lake.

Imagine if you will, that your child, whom you thought was safe, playing in a room, laughing and giggling with their friends, suddenly, without warning, falls more than 40 ft to the hard cement below.  How slo mo everything would seem as you scrambled down the stairs to reach him.  What thoughts would run through your mind?  What powerful prayers would you utter in hopes of a miracle?

You scoop your child up, rush them to ER, and on the way, he stops breathing.  Lips turn blue, eyes roll up into the back of his head.  Do you give up?  Or do you do everything within your power to give that child a chance to live? 

Do you pray harder and louder under your breath as you are struggling to bring them back?  Of course you do!  Your whole life, and all your priorities have just come into pinpoint focus, sharpened by the instinct to save your child!

I hear that this story has, so far, had a happy ending.  The child has bruised lung, a few scrapes, but is otherwise, okay. 

Sometimes when a child falls, Angels catch them and we are all given a second chance. 

Sometimes, when a child is at risk, and no one does anything to protect them or save them, they are broken and we all lose the gifts yet unopened by that life.

Treat every child out there as if they deserve your prayers and your greatest efforts to give them a chance to live.  You may be fortunate enough to never have your child tumble out of a window in a place you thought was safe, and you may never know the terror of watching that life teeter between worlds, but you know, I know, we all know that the value of a child's life is worth all that we have to protect them and to save them. 

Isn't that reason enough to stand up to the corruption that is killing the children?  Or shall we all stand by, waiting for them to make or not without our effort, without intervention and without a prayer?

Do we then wail and moan at their grave sides, wondering why no one valued them enough to come together to save them while there was still time?

If your child is alive today, it is because the angels have been catching them, giving all of us a second chance to make it better.  If your child is broken in body mind and spirit, it is because so many more prayed for B17, N44, O 71 than were willing to pray and work to save the children, falling around them every day.

The child that fell out of the window was surrounded by family that acted on the spot, worked together, breathed life back into him when it looked like he was lost and did everything in their power, collectively, to get him to life-saving help.

They didn't stand around, debating as to whose fault it was, or ignoring the screams.  They did not hesitate to do all that they could, as fast as they could, as strong as they could, to save that child.  They did not argue over who should have to take care of this.  They acted.

The danger to that child from that window was not obvious to the parents. It is now, but then it was not considered.  To the children on the rez, however, the dangers are obvious, and often ignored.  Drug manufacture in the homes is ignored, even laughed at by the Badgers who threaten anyone that reports these dangers.  Your child dies from exposure to these chemicals, hold the drug dealers and the Badgers accountable.  Badgers especially, because you are paying them to protect you, but instead, they protect the dealers, especially those in the Turdclan.

There is despair out there because hundreds of millions of dollars given to your community has been diverted to the pockets and the luxury of your Tribal Council thieves and degenerates, who want you to beg even for the crumbs they wave in front of your face, just to see you jump and salivate, like a pack of hungry dogs.  They even laugh as they get you to snarl and snap at one another, competing for the morsels and the crumbs. (What if instead of arguing with each other, you focused on them?)

Your children see your despair, you see theirs.  Nothing is done about the neglected, mistreated and abandoned, and you are surprised and dismayed when they turn to drugs, alcohol, indiscriminate sex and suicides at such young ages?  You offer them nothing else, nothing to live for, nothing that shows them they are valued, important, worth saving, and you wonder why they destroy their lives and the lives of other children?

I am not telling you to stand up to the corruption and the evil out there for yourselves.  Not telling you to take action for glory and payoff.  I am telling you to save your children.  To give them a chance at honor, dignity and self-worth. 

Still, rather than act to save even one of them, you argue among yourselves? You play politics and pass the blame around? You wrap yourself in a blanket of denial and then turn your back as the bones of your children are being spat out at your feet?

Look at all the children around you.  Imagine they are falling, tumbling, slow motion, into the hands of despair, drugs, alcohol and futility.  What are you willing to do to save them?

This one child surviving is a sign that we are blessed and that we are worth saving.  But we must know that, understand that and act on that, collectively. 

For what good are Angels if we continue to throw our children into the pits of futility and despair? 

Sometimes Angels catch them. Sometimes, Angels take them away, and leave us behind writhing in grief over the embers of what might have been.

Folks, I am looking, nay, scouring over the financial statements, quarterlies and such from Ronin Witless and nowhere can I find any money that matches up with what your TC is telling you. It's all smoke and mirrors, lies and deceptions.  That money represents either over $141 Million they stole from you to make themselves rich, or it represents that much and then another $20 Million or so they have stolen from you in that shell game they play with your money.

That $6,519,221.01 supposedly earned at a 4.60 rate of return, is bogus.  The company does not show that amount of money being earned by the sum total of ALL its investors over the past few years, much less by the tribe!

However, there is remark in there about the Tribe selling One Million shares at $7.00/share which would render approx $7Million net.  But wait! The company then says that the Tribe will sell at a discount from that $7 so it was sold lower.  And then, the Company takes a cut as a commission?  That would, perhaps lead to the $6,519,221.01 number... but there are problems with that as well.

For one thing, you cannot count proceeds from the SALE of stock as "stock earnings".  Stock Earnings are the monies made from the stock, like interest on an account in the bank.  You cannot put $100 into the bank, take $50 out and say you made '$50' on your savings.  See?

There is also another problem with that one million shares being sold at a little less than $7/per share.  Those shares were originally purchased for one penny each by Naked Lawn Ornament (she bought around 4 million shares that way at that price.  So did some of the other players in this scam).  She then sold those shares to the tribe at 'full price' which at the time was over $12/per share.  She got the asking price on that because she controls all the money because she runs your tribe, and is not about to bargain herself down. 

However, I cannot find where the stock's history would give it that high of a price in real trade.  She was, essentially, overpaying herself with your money.

NOW, to have you sell your stock at more than $5 less per share than you paid for it is a net loss to you over over $5 Million!  For them to cook the books to make it appear as if you have MADE $6,519,221.01 when in fact you lost almost or more than that in the deal is illegal.

It's like you loan $100 to a friend and he loses half of it.  You then take that remaining half back from him.  Can he say that he made $50 FOR you?  Or is it more truthful to say that he lost $50 of your money?

Same here.

Now, you must remember that CWE owns no less than 14% of Ronin.  NLO owns just about as much.  The tribe, supposedly owns about 20%, but that is really just more money for them because you have no say over what they are doing with your money.

So, every time they make a deal for you to pay more for shares that they paid a penny for, you are making them millionaires over and over again.

The company then charging a fee to place the transaction, is again, the money going into their pockets. Every time they talk about The Company, they are talking about themselves.

They also gave Ronin the Contract to manage the casino over a year ago.  They charge a hefty fee for that as well, and that is money that goes to The Company (NLO and CWE) rather than to the tribe.

Through all the financial records of the company that I have been scouring, I see a lot of red numbers (operating in the red), and on the profit side, only $3.1 Million is being claimed. 

If you all don't find a way to come together and to demand an investigation by the FEDS into this scheme, don't cry to me because you are living in filth and poverty because they are robbing you.  You know they are robbing you. 

But until you come together, and they fear you will someday, but until you do, they can continue to rob you at the speed of electronic cash transfers to off shore accounts.

As long as you continue to hold petty grudges and jealousies against one another, they can continue to rob you blind and laugh at your hunger, your despair and your impotent rage. 

Is it not yet bad enough? 

Demand that Dorgan the Organ and Bent Kent proceed with a congressional investigation into where this money has gone.  And if they ignore you or fail to act swiftly, let me know and we take it up to the next level.

Naked Lawn Ornament Strikes Again

Just as you think that woman can go no lower, she does something you would only see in a bad B movie.  

Petitions are making the rounds and people are signing them.  It's about the money and they want it. NLO is pulling out all the stops.  She slipped a newsy little note in with the meals that are brought to the seniors.  Some seniors, it is the only meal they get in a day.  How nice of NLO to send them a 'love' note.

Essentially what it said was that they should enjoy their meals while they can get them.  That if the petition succeeds and the money goes to the people instead of into her hot little hands, that she will cancel their meals program---because there won't be enough money!

Imagine being dependent on those meals and someone threatens to take that bite of food out of your mouth if she doesn't get her way??

She would starve the Elders?  She already took their money for fuel in the winter, now she wants to take their food?  I see.

She needs to travel First Class all over the country and take her friends with her and stay in luxury suites, so of course, the Elders would  have to lose their meals?

How about she takes the $143+ Millions of dollars out of Ronin and applies THAT to the programs?  You know, put the money in the programs it was meant for in the first place?  Not as glamorous?  Aw!  Too bad! 

I am really pretty sure she won't make the blunder of taking food out of the mouths of the Elders.  If she cancels that program, a whole chain of bad things begins to happen for her and her friends.

For one thing, they cannot, if they cancel the meals program, then continue to get funding for it.  Presently, she gets a huge cut of the money that is supposed to go to that program, leaving it to limp along on a shoe string of crumbs she leaves for them. 

If she cuts that program, she loses money.

Next is the really bad news:  Word gets out that the Elders have had their subsistence level program jerked out from them because (Drum Roll), the tribe has no money?  You mean as in Bankrupt?  It would have to declare bankruptcy to legally get rid of that essential program.  If the tribe declares bankruptcy===OOOps! All the financial records have to be opened up and investigated by the IRS, BIA, and several other agencies. 

Now, we don't want all them snooping around in the scams that have gone down from that TC over the past 10 or so years, now do we?  How would her high flying partners in Ronin and Symmetery feel about her bringing that kind of scrutiny to their little play? 

And how does one spend hundreds of thousands of dollars a year on frivolous travel, never account for a dime of it, yet cut out essential food programs? 

Ain't gonna happen kids and Elders.  Call her bluff.  She's robbing you already, and will rob you more, regardless of what you do to please her or appease her.  She is too greedy to stop herself.  If she pulls or even tries to pull the plug on the meals program, she will have no way to explain it to any of her friends in government offices. 

Nor would they want anything to do with her lest it rubs off on them and stains their political careers beyond redemption. 

They are already on thin ice and running in the red zone by their associations with her, Tino, CWE and the rest of them.  They already have enough to 'splain to Ricky', without her throwing a poopsicle into the works and stinking up things so bad nobody can cover it up for her.

Ask her where the TC and She personally, got the $150 Million dollars (I am sure there is more but let's keep it nice and round for awhile) to put into Ronin in the first place.  Ask her what programs she robbed and does she think you should continue to let her rob you even of the crumbs? 

Up to you.  Either stand up or lay down.  Ask the Elders if you can see their little love notes from the Wicket Witch.  Make her answer for that one.

I hear she flew off to Montana and then to Wyoming, FC of course.  She expects you all to grovel at her feet when she returns to tell you what she decides to do with YOUR money at the meeting on the 28th.  Supposed to be held at the Casino.  Let's see how many times they change the date, time and location to make sure not everyone gets there. 

Do NOT allow them to close the doors on you.  You can stop it.  You see they are afraid of you, and now that you are awake, aware and angry, you have them cornered.  This is your chance. 

Like I said, stand up or lie down.  Be a Human Being or be a Doormat for her, and the rest of them to wipe their feet on you.

Either you get the money or she has to stand there, her and her cohorts, and admit that it was all a lie, and step down.  And when you get her to step down, you demand a full investigation.  There are millions of reasons why. 

And, if she refuses to step down, demand an investigation, same number of reasons.

Oooh! The sound of drumming and singing! Gives me tingles!  Ahh! So close to the anniversary of Eddie’s murder at the hands of the Turdclan! Definitely need to be there and see how they look! Wonder if Eddie’s Restless Spirit will be there too? Ahah-hoo=yah! Yip!Yip!Yip! Wah! Can’t you just feel it? Bet you can smell their fear from the back row on this one! (Ghostly laughter and clapping of hands in stomp formation)

More Math

Got another one for ya, boys and girls:  On the July 16, 2007 Financial Statement which lists the $6,519,221.01 from Ronin, we have yet another biggie! See Document

Once again, we must do the math: Listed as "Minor Account" (whatever that means!) is the sum $4,180,946.68 earned at a 4.91 rate.  Ergo: 4,180,946.68 ÷ 4.91 = $851,516.64 X 100 = $85,151,663.54 for that investment!  Add that to the $141,722,195.96 of the Ronin account and you get $226,873.859.50 OF YOUR MONEY that they have taken from your programs to invest in their schemes.  And where the programs were not funded enough, they borrowed money at exorbitant rates against the assets of the Tribe and YOU are paying the interest on those loans!

Now, ADD the two earned rates $6,519,221.01 and our latest investment find of $4,180,946.68 and you get  $10,799,167.69  And that, by rights should be part of your per cap, not theirs to do with whatever they want.

I have seriously underestimated the amount of thievery going on with NLO and CWE, Tino and the rest of them.  They use your money like it is their own personal piggy bank.  That much money could make a vast difference in every household on the rez!  But they keep it for themselves.

I am just beginning to uncover more of this.  So, do stay tuned.  I haven't even touched the Casino numbers yet.  (And NLO has the NERVE to threaten cutting off the Elders' Meals Program???)

Speaking of Elders' Programs

Russell McDonald, who claims to be a Ph.D., has failed at every single grant he has written.  Yet, he continues to be paid to write these grants AND he still claims bonuses in the amount of 10% of each grant that fails!  Normally, Grant Writers get UP TO 10% of each grant amount they secure (which for Rustler, would be 10% of $0), and it is unheard of to pay for grants that fail.  Yet, he continues to pay himself.

Further, so I am told, he has no clue on how to write the grants so he shoves them over to the University and gets the students there to write them, for free, as part of their 'internship' under his tutelage, which leaves them learning nothing and earning nothing.

And, with the grants for the Elders Program failing, that means that the Tribe has to pay for the essential services.  Remember:  They cannot cut the programs out because they would have to give back any grant money they have asked for (IF they ever got any), and could not apply for more.  Plus, they would have to declare bankruptcy in order to put the Elders on Social Care outside of the tribe.  OR their families would put them on Social Care outside of the tribe and that would draw even more heat and light onto the financial shenanigans of the Turdclan and their cronies. 

Show Your Teeth

For the most part, there is so much money that has been stolen and put into accounts that only benefit the Turds and their pals, that the Tribe, if they were to gain control over their lives, would all live very well, and if they had real control over the casino and resort, would never have to go begging as poor Indians to the government again.  There would be enough to support, house, educate, and provide for each person and as their families grew, they would still be taken care of.

The way it is now, with the scams and the shell game with the money from the Casino, from SMC and from DTI, you all are left like dogs, out in the cold, snarling at one another in competition for the scraps they dangle in front of you, making you jump through hoops of fire to get at it, laughing the whole time at your condition.

They play that game where they try to turn you one against the other to save themselves.  What if, just once, instead of snarling and feuding with one another, you turned those snarling looks at them?  What do you think would happen?  I guarantee you that their ring of thugs would melt away like jello in a skillet. 

They are afraid of you coming together.  That is why they surround their stage with thugs and drunks too stupid to care, paid off to intimidate you.  Would they have to do that if they were telling the truth?  Would they have to do that if they were not afraid of you?

Show your teeth this time.

Upcoming

Next document will show how much they spent on the last election.  You will be amazed!  But I was right about how much they paid drunks like Sam Merrick to tamper with the votes.  To them, it was worth the $5K.  He was paid off in one of those rigged draws they have at the casino where they pay off their friends and family.  Sam immediately sold the truck back to them for one dollar.  He was expecting the full $5K in cash to be put into his account, but most of that went directly to Poopsie with Sam netting less than $500 total.  It's amazing how they screw over the people they expect to cover for them!

No wonder their partners in crime are selling them out.  You can bet they will be cutting deals with prosecutors when all this goes down, to save themselves.  (Shoulda paid them more, Turdlings!  Now they will make you pay)

I hear all this document revelation is upsetting to Turdlings.  NLO even suffers from her meals coming up again, and again.  Perhaps, like a cow, she should just chew her cud?

Wacky is losing it and can no longer speak in a normal tone at any time, even in her sleep, which is broken into a thousand pieces.  Now Eddie shows up in her dreams to put his fingers around her neck, and smile.  Swallowing becomes choking in her waking life.  I know, and she used to be so good at that!

Turdmother, who now suspects that QBall was poisoning her (maybe he was?) has that same 'upcoming' problem with her food and drink.  She looks in the mirror and sees a ghost --Her own.  And now with the weakness coming back stronger than ever ( I love to mix my adjectives), she suspects everything that tastes 'off' to her, and to her, almost everything does.

Her hair looks like spiders have pooped in it all week, and it hangs, greasy from roots to tip, making her skin crawl. 

A lot of discomfort upcoming and coming up in that group and all their cronies.  I think that after this week, Poopsie will have to share his man-diaper supply with a lot of his 'friends'.

Do take a moment at the meeting on the 28th, to Stomp, Clap and say Eddie's Name.  I think you will be amused by the effect it has. 

So Little Time

Okay, I think this will be the last blog for this week.  I will probably put it in the drawer and start up #46  for next week.  I have more preserving and freezing to do and some 'real' work (web design) which pays for this endeavor to keep on keeping on, and there just won't be enough time to do all that and give you a decent blogging (*Wink). 

I see the court dates have some of our favorites in play and I really wish I had more time for them, but right now, just plain don't.  Too bad as Carmen Hager is due in court ( I can see Wang pulling all the strings in the background trying to get it all dismissed) (Wonder what he got it reduced down from???)  No, no, no... no  time for that. 

Oh, and it looks like another Hager is in court for trying to sell fake stocks... I guess he heard the others talking about how simple it was to do that and figured he could do it with his drop out education.  I guess he knows now that the difference between a smart criminal and a really dumb one is the court appearances.  Don't worry, the smart ones will only appear in Federal Courts. 

I hear tales of how CWE and NLO are making the rounds and contributions to charities and campaigns to try and insure that when that time comes, they can just ignore it.  I think those days are coming to an end. 

See?  So much to talk about, so little time! I'll see you all on #46!

PS  Apparently contractors here,working on expanding the road cut through the cable that routes most of the emails so if something bounced or did not go through, that was the reason.  They only have another 42 thousand pairs to hand splice so it should be done completely by the end of next week, month, year... who knows?  This is the third time that same crew has cut into cables.  Yet, they continue to get contracts?  Yeah, I know.
