If you have news, information or photos you wish to have me look at, you can email me at:

Cat West

If you have questions or comments you can email me and I will respond IF your email address is working.  I am receiving emails from people on stellarnet but I am not able to respond to their inquiries because their email addresses are malfunctioning OR someone has put a block on the emails from my server.

If you don't get a prompt response from me, it is because I could not get through on your email.  James and his buddies have employed various tricks, including porn spamming colleges, schools, universities  while spoofing my site address and my email address to encourage them to block my site from their servers.  He even had the Chief of Police in Devil's Lake block my site because he was afraid someone there would write to me! (Sokay, the Chief reads the blog!)

Hey, if they weren't afraid you would see the truth, they would not try to stop you from accessing my site or receiving emails in response from me.  Their power plays reveal only that they are full of fear.

Some emails can send to me, but I am unable to respond for those reasons above.  I strongly suggest you get an email address with Yahoo or Hotmail if you wish to contact me and are unable to get through or get a response. There are hundreds of web-based emails, all free, to choose from.

Thank you all for giving me the information you have to offer.

I will be creating a page for Richard LaFuente so that you can contact him and let him know you support his efforts to prove his innocence in a court of law. Meanwhile, write to him at the address below.  He takes great comfort in  knowing that others know the truth and that he is an innocent man wrongly convicted of a murder he had nothing to do with.

My focus remains on bringing the guilty to justice.

Check this page for updates.

Note to Investigators:

If you will contact me and give me verifiable proof that an genuine, sincere investigation is in process I may be able to assist you.  However, going around asking others who my sources are and who are my witnesses will get you nowhere!  Until there is proof of a real investigation that is seeking the truth, everyone stays quiet!

If anything should happen to any of my sources, for any reason, trust me, this will get too big too fast for you to stop! I will name names of anyone who betrays the trust. Anyone!

However, if I have verifiable proof of a genuine investigation, I can be of assistance.

If that is betrayed, or even appears to be betrayed, I will have the proof I need to get a Congressional Investigation into this whole matter.

There will be several avenues open for me to expose all of this to the media and to agencies both within the US and abroad.

Think about it.

This cannot be stopped. You know where it will end and you won't like it.

Richard La Fuente

If you would like to drop a line to Richard and show your support for his courage and endeavor to clear his name you may write to him at:

Richard LaFuente 15636-077
F.C.I. Fort Worth
PO Box 15330
Fort Worth TX 76119-5330

Richard La Fuente an Innocent Man

Remember that there are strict rules for writing to someone incarcerated.  You cannot send stamps, gifts, or more than 5 photos.  You may send Postal Money Orders if you wish to assist him financially.  But write to him first and find out HOW to make out that money order before you send it in.

Also, they may move him without notice and it is unclear if the prison would forward any mail to him.  So, if your mail is returned to you, check this page again for the address updates.

It is best if you contact Richard before you send anything to him and ask him what the procedures are.

He has expressed a passion for all books that have to do with Native Culture, especially the Sioux.  Books of historical events involving Indians are welcome!

He has worked to provide a good example for the younger men that are locked up.  He teaches them to be true to themselves and think more of what they can do to help themselves when they are released.

He is profoundly and deeply spiritual and holds a strong Christian belief.

He may not be able to write back to everyone as he is limited in possessions and finances at this time.

Contact with the outside world means a great deal to him.

Wind Farm Info

I have found the contact name of the person involved with the Farm.  He is one of your own.  Casey Brown, an enrolled member.  His company is the one that will spear head this whole project.  Nabholz Construction Company. Check their website

Contact Casey Brown if you have any questions or information regarding this project.

Keep him posted as to what you hear, or what you find out about this project and he can directly answer your questions or use your information.

Contact the USAG (US Attorney General) for North Dakota:

Remember: They don't have to do anything if you stay quiet.  If you speak up, they have to act!  Or, it goes to a congressional review!

He is primarily interested in (according to his website:)

Mr. Wrigley is a University of North Dakota graduate with honors in Economics. In May 1991, he graduated from the American University Law School in Washington, DC, after being named to the Order of the Barristers.
Over the course of ten years as a state and federal prosecutor, Mr. Wrigley has focused on violent crime, narcotics trafficking, financial crime, civil rights violations, and homeland security.

Hmmm wonder how he would "wrigle out of" investigating all of the above at your reservation?  In YOUR community.

How to Contact the FBI:

North Dakota
All counties are covered by the FBI Field Office at Minneapolis, Minnesota. (Howver, they will refer you to the office in Grand Forks, and you will get a recording to leave a message, which they may or may never respond to.  GF Office goes directly to the Poodles on the rez so don't count on them for much!)

This is the Minneapolis office.  They will ask if you know how far they are from Ft. Totten.  I had a DNA expert answer my call.  She said it would not be worth digging up the blood evidence. Wow, are they good!
